QOC Rosaryville Green course. The rain held off for most of my run. I made minor errors on a some controls but was able to avoid any major loses.

Too bad - the Mountain Bike O got rained out.

Yoga 1:30:00 [5]

Bikram hot yoga with Luisa. This was really hard because the rain made the room very humid and the class was packed with sweating bodies. Very tough workout.

Tae Bo kick-boxing with Luisa. This was high impact workout. My shoulder is a little sore from all the punches. It feels like it was punched instead of punching.

Ran the 5K course plus a little extra today after work. I did not wear a watch so time is an estimate. I felt like I was keeping a good pace. Have not run since the 10K race so I was surprised I was feeling so good on this run.

A glorious Winter day was predicted so I took off the afternoon to go mountain biking. I'm getting ready for QOC's first Mountain Bike O event. Hopefully it will not get rained out this Sunday.

Bike to work and home on the mountain bike. It was a cold ride both ways. Weather forecast was for warmer temps then we got.
