P90X Legs and Back workout.

Short, easy run today after the Legs workout. My legs were very tired after the workout so really did have to take it easy on this run.

Treadmill run. LSD day. Manual speed between 6.6 and 7.6 MPH with walking warm-up and cool-down.

Finally getting back to the morning workouts. P90X Chest and Back workout. I could tell I had not done this for some time because my reps were very low. It will take me a few weeks (if I can stick with it) to get even close to where I was.

Running 45:00 [4] 4.7 mi (9:34 / mi)

Treadmill run at the Supreme Sports club. Rolling Hills 2 / Level 2 starting at 7MPH and decreasing by .2 after each hill interval. I'm back to trying to build a good base.
