Finally getting back to the morning workouts. P90X Chest and Back workout. I could tell I had not done this for some time because my reps were very low. It will take me a few weeks (if I can stick with it) to get even close to where I was.

Treadmill run at the Supreme Sports club. Rolling Hills 2 / Level 2 starting at 7MPH and decreasing by .2 after each hill interval. I'm back to trying to build a good base.
