Triathlon training. First the bike ride which I made about 4 miles longer than the event. I was able to get on the road before the heat really hit today.

After the bike ride went right into the run with 30 seconds of brisk walking after I started the timing. I was pretty wiped out from the ride and it was hot so my time was not great.
P90X Legs and Back workout. I made it thru this very tough workout of squats, lunges and pull-ups. Now off to the pool - it's about 100F outside!

Swimming after the P90X workout. It felt great to be by the pool on this hot day. Lots of people are swimming laps at the pool. The lifeguards had to set up an extra lap lane to accommodate everybody.
