P90X 58:30 [5]

P90X Legs and Back workout on a cold and snowy day. It looks like we got about 6 inches of snow. The last forecast I heard was that the snow would miss us but here it is. I guess the road crews were not expecting it either because they have done nothing to clear the roads yet.

P90X 42:30 [4]

P90X Cardio-X. This is yoga warm-up, then kickboxing, plyometrics and core. Very good quick workout.

P90X 42:00 [5]

P90X+ - Upper Body Plus. I have not done this in a few weeks. Wow! Very tough workout.

Yoga 1:32:00 [4]

P90X Yoga. This is not your average yoga workout. Very tough with lots of one legged stands and balancing.

Cycling 55:13 [3] 13.63 mi (4:03 / mi)

Bike to work today. I found a short-cut up a short hill off the trail that cuts a half mile off the ride, so mileage is a little lower than usual. I probably will not go that way often much because it really requires a mountain bike to go up without getting off the bike.

P90X 58:00 [5]

P90X Plyometrics. I have a love/hate relationship with this workout. I hate to do it because it's so hard but love the results.

P90X 53:00 [5]

P90X Chest and Back workout. Great workout once again!

Cycling 1:07:38 [3] 15.3 mi (4:25 / mi)

Ride to work and home. I was expecting a few more degrees warmer so my feet and hands were a little today. It's so nice riding the trails at night. I think I only passed two people today, both near Wilde Lake walking dogs.

Running 30:00 [5] 2.98 mi (10:04 / mi)

Treadmill run today. Did the "Pike's Peak" program which takes you up a steep hill then back down again. Three climbs at 6.5 MPH, then 6.0 and 5.5. It was tough to recover while maintaining the pace after the peak but I did not step off or lower the MPH.
