Orienteering race 59:37 [5] 5.3 km (11:15 / km)

QOC Meadowood Meet green course. I think this was best I have ever done. I made some mistakes but limited them to 2 - 3 minutes, and not the horrible 20 minute mistake I usually make on at least one control. This course had a few controls that were on the way to the next control. I was taking slight detours so I could see where the control was for future reference and also to re-locate for the next control. This helped but next time I need to quickly scan the area around at the intermediate control more because it's hard to recognize them later when you come in from a different direction.

Running 30:00 [5] 3.08 mi (9:44 / mi)

Treadmill run at gym during lunch hour. Interval workout level 5 which goes between incline 3 and 6. Speeds from 6 to 7MPH. Kept the hill speed hihter than recovered at lower speed on the flats. Very tough workout.

Cycling 1:11:36 [3] 15.52 mi (4:37 / mi)

Bike to work today. There was a threat of mixed precip in the PM but it did not happen. Great ride both ways.

P90X 59:30 [5]

P90X Shoulder and Arms. It's all Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps with this killer workout.

Cycling 1:00:57 [3] 14.61 mi (4:10 / mi)

Bike to work and home. There was a light coating of snow on road and trails this morning making the ride interesting.

P90X 58:30 [5]

P90X Core Synergistics. I'm mixing up the workouts now to try to create total muscle confusion. This is very tough core/cardio/strength workout. It hits everything.

Cycling 58:16 [3] 14.19 mi (4:06 / mi)

Bike to work today.

P90X 42:30 [4]

P90X Plus Cardio workout. Cardio intervals. Great workout!

P90X 53:20 [5]

P90X Chest and Back workout. Holy Cow this is a tough workout! I'm still trying to get back into shape after taking about 6 weeks of from doing P90X and doing P90X Plus instead. I guess the original P90X is tougher because the workouts are longer.

P90X 16:17 [5]

P90X Ab Ripper-X. This core workout is very difficult if you do it right after the regular workout.
