Mountain Biking 3:10:00 [4]

We went back out and did the loop we were going to do on Saturday at Patapsco. Kevin's cramp did not reappear. The weather was fantastic for November and trails were not too muddy. It was a great ride!

Mountain Biking 45:00 [3]

Short mountain bike ride at Patapsco Avalon area with Kevin, Mike and others. We had just got started and were on the second climb when Kevin got a cramp in his leg and could not continue. We pedaled back thru Cantonsville CC and were on our way home for the day.

P90X Core Synergistics. Very tough workout that I had to cut short about 10 minutes because I was too lazy to get out of bed and start on time.

P90X Chest, Shoulder & Triceps workout. I had forgotten how tough this workout is. This is the workout for the recovery week of the P90X Plus. I was able to keep up pretty well meaning the Plus workouts are doing the job.

Bike to work today. I was back in shorts again on this sunny day.
