P90X Stretching routine. My hero's pose is improved - I can lean all the way back to floor. Also, can touch my forehead to leg on hamstring stretch. Could not do either at the start of this program.

P90X Back & Biceps workout while on vacation in Ocean City. The beach was very wet and windy this week with a tropical depression hovering around for our entire stay. I did get my workouts in but could not do pull-ups during this routine. So I substituted push-ups and other exercises. Luisa did this with me in our hotel room. She was sore later!

P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout. Very tough workout.

Nice cool breezy road ride today. Labor day did not turn out to be a great day for going to pool or cookouts. It's overcast and cool. I got this ride in before the rain hit.

P90X 16:08 [5]

Abdominal workout. Luisa joined me in this and she almost made it through the entire workout. She's in pretty good shape but I don't think she was doing all the exercises with the required P90X intensity!
