Running 35:30 [3] 3.75 mi (9:28 / mi)

Run on the treadmill on this rainy morning. I did 10 minutes warm-up then the 5K program on level 5. It was a lot easier then I remember it being the last time I ran this. I just breezed right thru it.

Weights 30:00 [3]

Did a round on the Nautilus machines at the gym.

P90X 58:30 [4]

P90X Stretching routine.

Saturday Aug 1, 2009 #

P90X 1:11:52 [5]

P90X Kenpo kick boxing followed by ab workout I missed yesterday.

Friday Jul 31, 2009 #

P90X 58:30 [5]

P90X Legs and Back. This is tough workout but it's getting a little easier for me. I'm getting better at pull-ups but still cannot do as many as I would like.

Cycling 54:00 [3]

Bike to work today. It was very nice ride in with an 80% chance of T-Storms today. After a heavy rain in mid-afternoon I rode home without getting wet.

Cycling 1:21:40 [3] 24.17 mi (3:23 / mi)

Bike to work and home the "long way" to enjoy the great weather.

P90X 1:32:30 [4]

P90X Yoga. This was tough tonight because I did it right after biking and I was tired and hungry.

P90X 52:00 [5]

P90X Back and Biceps workout. Yikes, this is hard!

Cycling 52:17 [3] 14.58 mi (3:35 / mi)

Bike to and from work today. Weather looked like it could rain anytime all day long but we only had a brief shower. It was dry for my ride home.

P90X 16:30 [5]

Ab Ripper-X workout. The first week I could not keep up with this workout. Today I made it thru doing every rep with no breaks. Of course, I did not do it right after the morning P90X workout, which makes it much easier.

Tuesday Jul 28, 2009 #

P90X 58:30 [5]

Another killer round of Plyometrics with Tony Horton and crew. I am able to keep up the intensity longer and jump higher than the first few weeks. It's working for sure!

Monday Jul 27, 2009 #

P90X 58:45 [5]

Super hard Chest, Shoulders and Triceps workout. This has to be the toughest P90X workout.

Cycling 56:00 [3] 14.75 mi (3:48 / mi)

Easy ride to work today on the road bike.
