Orienteering race 1:29:13 [5] 6.7 km (13:19 / km) +235m 11:20 / km

QOC Wheaton meet Red course. Two major 5 minute mistakes and also a couple bad route choices. Overall one of my better Red courses although my standards are not as high as most. Without mistakes I would done this in around 1:10. It was damp rainy day in the woods but actually very good for running. My running fitness is good as I was able to run most of the way up and down this hilly course.

Morning run with Andrew. This was first run in over a week because of cold I've had. I felt better than I thought I would. It was a cold, damp morning.

Total body weight training. I'm afraid to do any cardio because I'll probably make my cold worse. I'm going to rest one more day then get back into it. It's probably too late to get into shape for Ran-it-Granite. Hopefully I have not lost too much and get back into it this weekend. I'll be able to to tell how much conditioning I've lost this week at the Wheaton O-meet.
