Treadmill run. Did the 5K program at level 6 for the first time. This level keeps the speed at 8.5 MPH which I maintained until after the first incline 4 hill. Then took it down to between 8 and 8.5 MPH. On the last hill I lowered the speed down to 7.5 M{H just to make sure I finished without killing myself. Very tough workout, but I recovered quickly and feel good now.
