Another treadmill workout. Same as Wednesday except I increased the sprint interval from 40 to 45 seconds. Run 7 MPH for 4:15 then 45 seconds at 10 MPH. Repeat 4 times. 5 minutes warm-up and cool-down for a total of 30 minutes. Whew!
