Treadmill interval workout again. This time I bumped up the sprint to 50 seconds.

Another treadmill workout. Same as Wednesday except I increased the sprint interval from 40 to 45 seconds. Run 7 MPH for 4:15 then 45 seconds at 10 MPH. Repeat 4 times. 5 minutes warm-up and cool-down for a total of 30 minutes. Whew!

Running on treadmill with manual program workout that Tania suggested. It's 4 intervals of 5 minutes at 7 MPH then 40 seconds at 10 MPH. Incline of 2.0. I added 5 minutes or warm-up and 5 minutes of cool-down. This was a very tough workout for me. Object of this workout is to shorten the 7 MPH interval length as you progress.
