Orienteering race 1:15:11 [5] 5.1 mi (14:44 / mi) +160m 13:26 / mi

Ran the Green course at QOC Little Bennett event. I actually made it thru without any major mistakes this time. Still had several minor mistakes so was not a good final time. This was very nice day to be out in the woods with temperature in high 50s and sunny. I hung around for control pick-up afterward and it cooled off very quickly in late afternoon.

Ran the new fitness course along downtown lakefront with Luisa. This is along a path with stations for stretching, pull-ups, step-up, hopping over logs, push-ups, crunches and dips among others. Fun workout! Hopefully we can work this in once a week or so.

Bike to and from work today. It was a nice warm day but got chilly very quickly when the sun went down.

Total body weight training. It has been tough to ride or run this week because so busy at work and it gets dark early. But I have to stop making excuses and get back out there again.
