Ran to gym, lifted weights for about 25 minutes, then ran back home. Great way to warm up for a workout and also save gasoline.

Short but intense total body workout consisting of pull-ups, back raises, rows, bench-press, squats and lunges. Went from station to station with no rest, 3 sets each. Was very sweaty, tired and unsociable.

Bike to and from work today. Forecast was for rain, but showers held off until about 7:00 PM so did not get wet. Stiff head wind on the way in today but for once the wind didn't change and I had great tail wind on way home. That and hitting mostly green lights resulted in a slightly faster time today.

Pedal to work and back today. Very windy both ways today. Seemed like I could never pick up a straight tail wind. Very nice ride, anyway!

After getting home from work, jumped right into yoga workout that wife had already started.
