Back running again after a few days off. Andrew was not able to run because of his scraped up leg. It looks really bad but is better than it was, so we're able to get back out again. This is last run before school starts again. We'll be back to evening runs again starting this week.

Road ride. I forgot my water bottle bottle so did a quick 14 mile loop, got my water from home then out for another 4 miles. I wanted to make sure I road at least an hour.
