Mountain Biking 1:25:00 [4] 8.0 mi (10:37 / mi)

Very nice ride with Andrew starting from Rockburn Park and riding Rockburn Branch Trail, Ridge Trail and Cascade Trail at Avalon then back to the car. This is first time riding these trails in this direction making almost like a new ride. I think it was slightly easier this way with not as many long climbs, but there were a few technical areas that I could not do going the other direction, but I plan to nail them the next time around.

Great road ride today. You couldn't ask for better weather in August than today. Temp mid 80s, light breeze and sunny. Great ride. I did Tridelphia Rd-Highland-Columbia route.

Running intervals. 14 of the normal intervals this morning.

Bike to and from work. But, I blew out my front tire on the way home and had to call for rescue. So, only got 3/4 of the total ride done today. I should have known that tire was about to go. Well, I've got a brand new Continental City Ride tire ready to mount so will be back in the saddle on Monday pedaling to work.

Bike to and from work today. Got caught in short thunderstorm on the way home then the sun came out and dried me out again.

Pedal to and from work today. Another great day to ride. I'm two for two on days of riding to work this week. Goal is to ride all five days, which I have not done for many months.

Bike to work. A very nice morning for a ride.

Bike home. Headwind most of the way. Otherwise very good ride.
