Running 30:00 [3]

Running while on vacation at Hilton Head Island, SC. Andrew and I ran thru the resort area. Very humid here.

Cycling 1:15:00 [3] 10.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Biking around Hilton Head Island. While we were eating dinner at South Beach Harbor a steady rain started. Wife and daughter did not want to ride from back to bike ship in the rain so Andrew and I had to make two trips to shuttle the bikes back to the bike shop. First trip ride two bikes back and bring the car back. Second trip ride the other bikes back. We were both soaking wet by the end. No more biking for those two!

Now that Andrew is out of school we're going to start our morning runs again. Mon/Wed/Fri will be the schedule. Today was regular run. Next up is intervals in Wednesday.

Total body weight training. I added squats, lunges and dead-lifts back into the routine.
