Did an interval workout with Andrew tonight. After 5 minute warm-up walk, then 90 second jog we alternated between 30 second sprint and 60 second walk. We did 13 sprint intervals total. Whew! Very tough workout.
I was feeling sick all day with low grade cold symptoms, but after the run feeling a little better. On the plus side, my right adductor feeling fine even after the monster workout day on Sunday.
