Interval training. 30 second sprint, 1 minute walk. 11 intervals in addition to 5 minutes warm-up walk and 2 minute warm-up run. Still sick with a cold.

Feeling much better today. Had to skip the run yesterday because was still sick so we moved it to today.

Total body weight training. This was supposed to be a running day, but still feeling bad so just went to the gym for weight training.

Did an interval workout with Andrew tonight. After 5 minute warm-up walk, then 90 second jog we alternated between 30 second sprint and 60 second walk. We did 13 sprint intervals total. Whew! Very tough workout.

I was feeling sick all day with low grade cold symptoms, but after the run feeling a little better. On the plus side, my right adductor feeling fine even after the monster workout day on Sunday.
