It's week 3/day 1 of Couch to 5K running program for my son and me. This week it's 3 minutes run/90 second walk/5 minute run/2.5 minute walk - repeat. It's the first week with more running than walking. This program designed for true couch potatoes, but it's a start. If we can get into a routine maybe will keep going with more advanced program in the fall.

Last day of second week of Couch to 5K running program. We move to week 3 on Saturday. We are running every other day instead of MWF as described in the program so we will finish before Andrew goes back to school.

Running program with my son. This is second day of week two. Same as first day that we did on Sunday of this week.

Road ride. Great weather and great ride.

Back to morning abdominal workout, stretching and push-ups.

Bike to work. It's a very nice sunny, cool morning.

Cycle home. Did not do the final hill thru the park, but still this course has its challenges with a number of short steep hills. Weather is absolutely perfect today - low 80s, light breeze and low humidity.
