Bike to work. Weather is so nice - I wish I was not riding to work. One of these days I'll just keep on riding.

Short upper body workout. Just when I think my ankle if feeling better, I get a terrible pain probably from putting just the wrong pressure on it. Seems like I'll never get to run again.
