Orienteering race 1:38:09 [3] *** 6.6 km (14:52 / km)

Ran the three loop course the annual QOC Beer Chase. It was a lot of fun in spite of the constant rain. Runners have to chug an 8oz beer at start and after each loop. Unfortunately, I rolled my left ankle on the way to the second control. I just kept on going and didn't feel it until after the race. Now it's really swelled up and bruised. I'll need to stay off of it for a few days.
