Road ride on Rt 99-Carrs Mill-Tridelphia loop. Very sunny but windy that was with me only briefly.

Bike to work. I can get really precise on the mileage now. I set-up the cycle computer for the correct wheel circumference last night.

Bike part-way home. I got another flat on the new cross bike. Put in a what I thought was a good tube, but it was leaky, too. Turns out the spare tube had been stored too long and had a pair of holes alongside the stem. So, had to call for rescue since I needed to home by 6:00 to go to son's band concert. I've been having bad luck with tires lately. I fixed the Trek mountain bike last night so it's ready to ride. Also, got the cross bike ready to ride tonight. I'm getting good at patching tires.

Easy ride home to work. Was riding along with a co-worker who was running home from work today for a few minutes, thus the slower time. Beautiful day and great day for a ride.

Morning abdominal workout followed by stretching and push-ups (70 today - I'm working my way back up again after barely getting to 78 last Friday.)

Bike to work. Rode my "new" cross bike, a Trek 7600 I just bought from my Father. He bought it several years ago a barely rode it. Because of medical issues, he had to give up cycling so I bought his bike and all his biking gear from him for $500. I'll probably need to stick to the roads on the commute now because the narrower tires will not handle the glass-strewn trails of Columbia very well. I'm also selling his Trek 2300 road bike for him on eBay.
