Road ride after work. It was raining hard this morning so did not ride to work. Nice weather this afternoon though.

Bike to work. Great weather and great ride.

Cycling 38:00 [3] 8.0 mi (4:45 / mi)

Bike home from work. Excellent weather with a little breeze that was sometimes a nice tailwind.

Running 14:59 [5] 1.9 mi (7:53 / mi)

Short but very hard run on a hilly loop. The fastest I remember running this course is around 14:45 several years ago (when I was a lot younger). This time was better than I thought it would be. It seems the steady running I have been doing lately is helping. Now let's see if it pays off on the O-Course.
