Orienteering race 2:00:00 [4] 5.7 km (21:03 / km)

Ran the Green course at QOC Hemlock Overlook meet. I should say attempted for run. I only found 7 controls out of 10 before heading out of the woods. Terrain there is very hard to read. It seemed there were a lot of gullies and streams that were not on the map. I probably just don't have enough experience with the advanced courses yet although I did fine on a green course two weeks ago. I felt great physically and could have run all day, but couldn't fine the controls. I'll give it another try next weekend at Great Falls.

Morning abdominal workout followed by some yoga stretches.

Cycling 28:00 [3] 7.0 mi (4:00 / mi)

Bike into work. It was coldest day so far. 12 degrees when I left. Good thing it's only seven miles! I was dressed well so only froze my face.

Cycling 38:00 [3] 8.0 mi (4:45 / mi)

Bike home. It was actually a very pleasant ride. Nobody on the trails, winds calmed down, about 30 degrees F.

Legs and back workout. Squats, Lunges, Power Cleans, Hamstring Curls, Adductor and Abductor.

Back to the morning abs and stretching this morning. Lots of reasons for not doing this the first 3 days of the week but no good excuses.

CyBex bike on the Pike Peak program, level 11 again. It's so difficult to maintain the cadence I feel like my legs are falling off!

Upper body workout. Dumbbell bench press up to 75 lbs, curls, shoulder press, rows, incline bench, cable flys, pull-ups.
