It's Monday and time to get back into the 5-day abs and stretch routine.

Bike to work on this 45 degree morning. There was a bridge out on the trail and the Columbia Association workers were swarming around it and getting it re-built. According to a workman, it went out this weekend during some heavy rains and they should have it re-built today. That's pretty good service. Anyway, I had to re-route thru some trees and mud. I should actually make that a regular part of the ride.

Bike home from work. I was feeling kind of tired so went easy today. The bridge that was washed out in the morning was replaced with a brand new bridge already.

I need to get some running is at least twice a week. Just a short run to help get back into shape for running. I have noticed that running helps me feel better for all the other stuff I do, especially cycling.
