Very nice ride this morning out to Glenelg area. Weather was a bit drizzily and about 70 degrees, but no hard rain. Also, had a great tail-wind coming back.

Core 18:00 [3]

Abs and stretching workout.

Running 17:45 [3] 2.0 mi (8:52 / mi)

Went to a run after work. Didn't have much time between driving home from Rockville and back-to-school night, but got out there for around 20 minutes.

Core 18:00 [3]

The daily Abs and Stretch routine. I usually do this around 7:00 am right after getting my son off to the school bus and having a mug of coffee.

Running 30:00 [4] 3.25 mi (9:14 / mi)

Went for a run after work today. Did the intervals between the street lights again. That's a pretty good workout and I was feeling it for sure.
I was going to run every morning thie week, but my right abductor is sore, so thought I should give it another day off. It's feeling better now, but probably will flare up again tomorrow because of this run. I think I just need to keep running and make is stronger.

Core 18:00 [3]

Abs and stretch routine. Starting to feel a little stronger on the ab workout. Still not much more flexible than I was, but that probably takes more time.

Weights 50:00 [3]

Weight training at the Athletic club. Bench press from 115 lbs to 155 lbs with 10 lb increase per set. Start at 10 reps and work down to 3 reps per set. Also, bicep and tricep curls, shoulder press, incline dumbbell press, high pulls, rows, lateral raises & pull-ups.

Core 18:00 [3]

Today's workout will just be core abdominal and stretching. I need a break after the orienteering meet yesterday! Also, the plan is to run every day this week because I won't be riding my bicycle to work. I have a training class in Rockville Tuesday - Friday.
