Fun mountain biking with Andrew and 3 of his friends. It was first time on technical single track for 2 of the guys so we waited a lot. One first timer fell a couple of times and got himself scrapped up. Very nice weather for biking in the woods.

Triathlon training. It was a nice cool morning and I got an earlier start than usual. My goal on this course is average of 20MPH (3 minute mile) but I'm coming up a little short.

After the bike I went straight into the run. This is best time I have had in a while. My legs felt good right from the start.

Swimming - 25 laps/50 lengths. I was only going to go 825 yards but then I started feeling good at around 16 laps so decided to keep going to 20, then 25.
