Weight training at the gym with Andrew for the first time in at least 6 months. This was a good test of my fitness after P90X workouts. I found I was about as strong as I was when I was lifting weights regularly. I'm a lot stronger with core type exercises such as crunches.
P90X Plus - Upper Body workout. I just finished this and I'm completely drained of energy. I probably did not eat enough food today. Wow, very hard workout.
