Tempo training treadmill run. 1 mile warm-up, then stretching. Then .25 miles to get rolling again followed by 1.25 miles at steady 8.2 MPH (7:19 pace). 1.5 miles at 6.5 to 7.5 MPH with cool down. I did not think I was going to make it to 1.25 miles at the 8.2 MPH pace but just keeping knocking out quarter miles and ended up making it fine. Next week try for 1.5 miles at tempo.
