Run bike with boys after breakfast. Ran steady - felt good to have some turnover. No pain.

5.25 miles on quickie, sparky, midnight run - hip felt great. So good to be running pain free. Rethinking raven. Then run bike with J. Hiking behind him on ups & running downs & flats. Felt great.

Easy run on quickie after flight. NO PAIN!! Then bike to & from cgc with J, and 45 min walk during parkour. Low back and hip right but not sore.

Morning run on quickie before flight. Felt better than I have in a long time. Ran steady on all inclines and felt good. Hip slightly sore but more feeling tight than sore. Relief to feel more like myself on a run again after a long time of feeling so flat.

Easy trail run while kids were at polarettes. Hip quite sore above hip bone - pain spot moving. Loosened up during run but still quite sore.
