5.25 miles on quickie, sparky, midnight run - hip felt great. So good to be running pain free. Rethinking raven. Then run bike with J. Hiking behind him on ups & running downs & flats. Felt great.
Morning run on quickie before flight. Felt better than I have in a long time. Ran steady on all inclines and felt good. Hip slightly sore but more feeling tight than sore. Relief to feel more like myself on a run again after a long time of feeling so flat.
