From the no. 7 reservoir car park, I jogged out to the fire trail (Lookout Track) and up to the top of the range, then along the bumps to the trig point, then returned, with a little loop at the end to round up the distance. Lovely mild morning for it.

Walked from home to the lake for powerflex, then walked home via the farmers market. I was supposed to meet the ACF people and campaign for signatures on the climate emergency open letter. None of them came and I found out later that they weren’t able to organise the spot at the market.

Walked with Kate for 2hours this morning, and took a box kick session late this afternoon. Everyone there (12 people) except me got a good workout...
