Ran the MacKenzie Rowan circuit for some steep hills, cos I'm missing them ;-)
Seriously, found myself (just) able to keep up the jog up all those hills. Legacy of the abandoned AAWT.

Morning run up and down the creek. First since our 10 days of walking and I felt quite stiff running, especially in my back. Stopped to chat bfiefly with Rosemary McGlashan who is moving house today. I think that even though I felt stiff, I was running a bit faster than previously.
