Mt Korong is a very special place. Loved the course; did course 1 today to get maximum enjoyment, and I did. Beautiful views beautiful weather, still got tricked in the usual place.....

Local run after work as it was growing dark. The creek was full and flowing after heavy rains.

Lovely cardio session tonight. It was a warm night and we mixed it up with running and circuit work.

Spent the afternoon wandering around potential orienteering sites with Neil. Thinking about the possibility of a future major carnival in the Loddon Shire. The first area is an elevated steep spur gully area suitable for long courses. The second area is secret! Amazing granite, with lots of open areas and expanses of grey rock.
