Orienteering at Crusoe; the forest was damp after some rain. It was lovely, my run was consistent and the navigation not difficult.

Tonight's fun included a 5km time trial around the lake (25:40) after a good warm up. I'm very glad to be back.

Morning run just after dawn. Did the hills of Rowan St to Rosalind Park and past the War Memorial in town as the council workers packed up chairs etc and re-opened the roads following the Anzac Day ceremony. Lovely morning
