Went for a late afternoon run - slow jog, to kennington Res. I jogged for almost an hour, and only went 9km. Met Neil at the Park Street Challenge.

Nice stretchy session. Had coffee with the gang afterwards.

Did course 3 after having already run around course 5.

Shadowed a 7 year old boy around his course, helped him with map reading and decisions... It was a challenge to keep up with his running!

Attended the early morning session and used 6kg weights again. Found this quite tough & finshed off without weights.
