Longer run with Neil. It's been ages since we have run together. Took off from home into the bushland between Maiden Gully and Long Gully. Rough tracks and plenty of hills.

Morning run because I had time and a dental appointment (lots of stillness) booked. I felt awkward and slow running this morning.

Early morning run because I was awake early. Jogged to the top of the first Rowan St hill to see the sun dawn across Bendigo - what a lovely way to start the day. It's going to be very warm today with an unpleasant strong northerly wind. No wind yet, and it was quite cool.
