shoes: Innov8 bright

Australian Relay championships event today. I was the 2nd leg runner and the 'lead in the saddlebag' of the team. The first runner completed her course in 35 mins. I took 59 mins and the 3rd leg runner took 45 mins and was upset that she'd made one error! I think I wasted time on 4 legs. The terrain included thick regrowth of eucalypts and wattles following bushfires a few years ago. Some really steep gullies and mining detail. Quite a tough course.

Local run after a sleep-in this morning. It was very warm at 10am!

Arrived late, so this was a shorter than normal session.

Step into Life group 1:00:00 [3] 5.0 km (12:00 / km)

Fitness evaluation. Ran 5km all up, including warm up, 2km time trial and sprints. Used 5kg weights. Time trial was 2km over 9:40.
