shoes: Innov8 bright

Australian middle distance today. Map: Petticoat Gully, near Creswick. Really tough terrain and complex navigation. Probably lost 10 - 11 mins in errors in the detail.

Nice stretch to start the weekend. Did a warm up - once around the lake, as usual.

shoes: Innov8 bright

Victorian middle distance championships , using the Creswick Diggings map. It was intense navigation, lots of gold mining detail. Last about 9 mins in navigation errors.

Core ball session, to which I was late arriving. Good solid session - thanks to Jenny, who was running it.

Rode to work this morning. Nice ride. Left home at 6:10am, met a colleague in Kangaroo Flat and left there at 6:30am. Arrived at work at 7:50am. The shoulder of the freeway wasn't too littered with heaps of stones etc; I thought that it may even have been swept by VicRoads. It was really cold - my toes went numb, and when in the shower with warm water running on them it was agony! My toes have been tingling all day.
