Intense! This was the hardest event all year so far for me. Was very happy with my running & navigating until control 15, then my brain went to mush and I messed up my navigation on the next 3 controls. My body stopped running after control 16.

Parkrun this morning; bit of a frost, so very cold, but it was sunny. Enjoyable run to start the weekend. Ilka came to her first Parkrun event, too.

Time trial at Lake Weeroona tonight: 5km in 24:14. That's a bit under 5mins/km. might have got a slightly faster pace if I didn't get a stitch on the last lap. There were only 3 runners tonight.
