Spent the day helping out at the State League orienteering event today, also helped out with Space Racing. Put out some controls and didn't compete because I'd previously checked all the control sites.

Cardio session tonight, with some interval running (after a decent amount of jogging as a warm up), then some circuit work under the veranda; high risk of rain, but it didn't.
