The ground was very wet because it had rained most of the afternoon. It was also very cold - we kept our jackets on tonight! Did a mix of weight activities for an upper limb workout.

Very cold night. Kept warm with lots of running; intervals disguised as games were good. Mixed it all up a lot.

Fitness evaluation. Got a PB for squats. Did 40 squats with 2x5kg weights.
