Orienteering today on the Fiddlers Green map and what an amazing day for it! Lovely cool day with warm sun! The course was challenging, with all controls set in the more complex creek gullies. Started slowly and went too far south when aiming for a straight line, and had to correct. I lost 5 mins on the 13th (last) control. Must have been tired and my right hip was hurting when I ran, so I think I slowed up then too.
Resistence bands strength session. Sore muscles from yesterday's run, jogged between strength exercises. It was a low key session - no one could contribute any jokes; Judy & I were sore and Tegan had a cold.
