Road run in the almost dark; pushed it a bit for quality; high stepping to avoid trips in the dark. Time is a bit longer than it should be due to some road crossings.

It was a freezing night; Mick kept us moving so we got warm. Intervals of running alternated with weights, push-ups, planks, sit-ups, shoulder presses, biceps curl, etc. challenging, but good because we kept moving.
