Jogged from home to the bushland track at the end of Symons Street. Followed this to Olympic Pde which I crossed and re-entered the bushland at Redmile Rd. Continued along tracks to Collins St. Ran home along the creek trail. Took it slowly, as this is the longest run I've done for a long time.
Tone up session, with free weights and the fit ball. Great core workout!

Neil & I went for a walk to the top of Mt Herbert. Ran back to the car when we read a msg from Evan that he would call us at 3pm. I fell over hard onto my knee just near the car.
