Jogged from home to the bushland track at the end of Symons Street. Followed this to Olympic Pde which I crossed and re-entered the bushland at Redmile Rd. Continued along tracks to Collins St. Ran home along the creek trail. Took it slowly, as this is the longest run I've done for a long time.

This was an intense session with resisted planks and other difficult exercises on the Reformer machine. Phew!

Tone up session, with free weights and the fit ball. Great core workout!

2nd Step into Life training session for the day. This was also a tone up session.

Neil & I went for a walk to the top of Mt Herbert. Ran back to the car when we read a msg from Evan that he would call us at 3pm. I fell over hard onto my knee just near the car.
