run 56:12 [3] 9.87 km (5:42 / km)
shoes: ASIC nimbus

Very early morning run with 4 others form the orienteering club. We met at No 7 at 6am and it was dark when we began running. It was 30 degrees at that time of the day. I struggled to keep up the pace with the guys, and dropped off before they all finished.

Step into Life group 45:00 [3]

Stretching session by the lake in the ''cool'' of the 8am morning.

run 33:55 [3] 5.53 km (6:08 / km)
shoes: Brookes Ghost

Ran to the Step into Life stretching session at Lake Weeroona this morning and ran some of the way home. I'd stoppe4d to buy some bread at the farmers market on my way home and set out up the hill in Rosalind Park, but hte legs had had enough, and I walked home from there. Walk not counted in training time.

road bike 1:39:10 [3] 36.63 km (2:42 / km)

Rode to work this morning with 2 others. Its starting to be dark enough in the morning for us to need lights. No flat tyres this morning.

Step into Life group 45:00 [3]

Cardio session after work. If I wasn't commited to going I would have sat down when I got home and not moved. Instead, there was someone to tell me what to do, and didn't have to think at all, just DO what I was told, and I got puffed and sweaty and more tired, but that was OK.

Tuesday Feb 4, 2014 #

run 40:42 [3] 6.75 km (6:02 / km)
shoes: ASIC nimbus

Morning jog along Barnard to the lake then back along Hargreaves. Lovely cool temperature this morning after the change yesterday and a windy night.
