Powerflex strength and stretch session in the lovely sun.

Mars Bar cup today at the orienteering event. It was a 1 hour score event. It felt very warm, even though the temp here only got to 24. I saw a crimson bearded spider orchid among the many flowers. Lots of chocolate Lillie's which smelled great!
