A short quick run in the Black Mountain reserve as it was getting dark, with Ilka. Had to focus on the ground to avoid tripping.

I value being able to walk to work & home at the end of the day. Well change came along and my job is going, so I am too. Next week is my final week in this job. I'll be travelling to Castlemaine to work & it will be hard to use the commute for exercise; the plan will be to car pool, have some lunchtime runs & try to get home in time for Step into Life sessions.

Another tone up session. We took our bands up to the lake and used them on trees & posts. Good session - arms, abs & back.

Tone up session at the oval. This one was tough; we used free weights & a mix of leg, abdominal and shoulder, upper arm work with jogging around the cones. Always doing stuff. I really feel like I've had a good work out.
