Run Melbourne this morning. With 7755 running buddies, one of which was Tony Abbott, and I beat him! I wonder if Kevin wants some tips?
Seriously though, I was pleased with the run. We started way back from the starting line, past the 65minute pacers, and I just tried to run hard the whole way. I finished in front of the 55 minute pacers. Ilka was waiting at the finish, and then we found some of the Step into Lifers, and some found us. We had coffee with them before Ilka & I left to visit relatives. I had a great a great day; thanks everyone!

Tone up session on the oval paired with Louise and did groups of 20 reps with weights or ab work alternating with jogging around the cones. Lovely evening with the lights on. I needed this; found out today at work that my job is ending & I will have to find another one. I would otherwise have felt sorry for myself tonight.
