Morning run in Melbourne - down to the MCG, across the railway line to the tennis centre and then back to our accom. Lots of parkland in the East Melbourne area.
Walked a lot around Melbourne between our accommodation in East Melbourne, the museum, Lygon St, Southern Cross railway station, and the Richmond football club. Probably walked about 12 km today.
Hard tone up session. Push ups, planks, weights with shoulder work, weights with lunges, weights with arm raisers, biceps curls, running with resistance, Louise trying to count to 20 in French while doing shoulder presses with weights in each hand....fun but...phew!

Went for a run after work with Neil. this started out to be the usual 5 km creek track, but we went further because Neil got angry talking about his work situation ands sped up so we were sprinting at the end!
