Ran on the ridge above Crusoe & No 7res. Beautiful day, I was very slow & walked up most of the hills. Ran to the trig point and visited a hut on the way back.

Ran to the Step into Life group - but left a bit late and had to push and run faster to get there. Neil came too, but continued for a longer run. At least I had warmed up by the time I got there.

The final of the 4 orienteering events this Easter. Thsi was at Crusoe Reservoir. The terrain was very fast. My navigation was a bit messy because I wsn't concentrting as well as I should. Enjoyable.
