RowdyFlat. What can I say. This is the most intense orienteering I know of in this country. Quite a delight if you're not in a hurry. Hurrying spoils the experience!

Orienteering at Kangaroo Gully. I was worried that having entered the women's B course it would be too hard and too long (again! - refer Vic champs in Sept); but it was gentler and had quite enough physical and navigational challenge today.

Ran in the Black Mountain forest in Canberra with my brother Allan. Felt quite unfit and puffed a lot. He was very polite and mentioned that he'd aim for another run later that day so he could feel like he'd had a workout. The cheek!
